Employee Activity Committee (EAC)
Summit State Bank recognizes the importance of fostering a positive and engaging work environment for its employees. To promote team building, employee morale, and a sense of community, the Bank established an Employee Activity Committee (EAC).The committee organizes and coordinates social and recreational initiatives throughout the year to enhance employee morale and foster Summit's positive work culture.
