In addition to our mission, we are thrilled to announce the presentation of the inaugural NBNE (North Bay Nonprofit Excellence) Award during the event. This prestigious award will be bestowed upon one exceptional nonprofit organization in the North Bay region, and the recipient will be revealed during the ceremony.

As a token of our appreciation for their outstanding work, the chosen nonprofit will receive a generous $5,000 donation to further support their mission and initiatives.

Beth Kanter is an internationally recognized thought leader in digital transformation and wellbeing in the nonprofit workplace. Named one of the most influential women in technology by Fast Company, she has over three decades of experience in designing and delivering training and capacity-building programs for nonprofits and foundations.

She is a sought-after keynote speaker and workshop facilitator. Beth was recently awarded the lifetime achievement in nonprofit technology from NTEN. She is the author of The Happy Healthy Nonprofit: Strategies for Impact without Burnout and The Networked Nonprofit.

Kerry Rego is a social media trainer, technology consultant, author, and speaker. A lecturer at Sonoma State University, adjunct faculty at Santa Rosa Junior College, subject matter expert with California Community Colleges, she’s authored three books about social media strategy and reputation management.
